EZGO PowerWise Charger replacement capacitor

This is a replacement capacitor for EZGO PowerWise chargers that come on, but the needle doesn't move much and the charger isn't charging the cart.  95% of the time if you know the charger comes on but the needle doesn't go above 5 or so on the gauge if it moves at all, the capacitor has failed.  This is a very simple replacement that nearly anyone could complete.  Comes with full color illustrated instruction written in common man verbiage.  Phone support is also available.
