SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our cables via USPS 99% of the time.  All packages over 1 pound will go Priority Mail Service or UPS Ground.  All packages that are 1 pound or less are shipped First Class.  All packages will have tracking numbers emailed upon shipment. Packages shipped to the continental United States have the shipping included in the price.  Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may incur a small surcharge from the carrier.  International shipments are priced according to location.  In some instances we may ship via UPS ground for heavier and larger packages.  We reserve the right to ship with the shipper of our choice.  Given the recent delays and issues surrounding delivery, we must notify you that packages that are tracked as delivered to you are considered just that.  The USPS now GPS tracks all package deliveries and knows the exact location where the packages are delivered.  If your package is delivered to your shipping address and you claim it to not be delivered, you will have to take that up with the shipper or in the event of stolen packages your local police department.  We are not responsible for packages after confirmed delivered!

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All cables are checked prior to shipment to insure the set is correct.  In the case that you find something in error, contact us and we will correct the issue.  Any and all returns of items customized will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  "Customized" means anything other than black cable with standard lugs and standard heat shrink.  This covers the cost associated with shipping the product to you, it is not a profit center.
